... worldwide platform. What genres are you looking to reach deeper into? Honestly, I've always heard artists like Michael Jackson and the Beatles say that music comes through them, as if they were tapping into a higher power. I want to feel what they felt, and I think the way to do so, is to have an open mind and never box yourself into a genre. Anyone that you would love to collaborate with in the near future? Wiz Khalifa, Danny Brown, Miguel, Pink, Sugar Free, Snoop.... and Taylor Swift. Q&A:

Sky Blu’s “Pop Bottles” Video Fails To Make Us LMFAO
... The
LMFAO Jokester Skates On Thin Ice With This One And now for a game-changing moment in music that will completely revolutionize the way we think about the art of music videos and absorb pop visuals from this day forward. Yeah, yeah. Just kidding, everyone -- it's only the snooze-inducing clip for Sky Blu's "Pop Bottles." Here we see the (former?)
LMFAO rapper prep for a show at the Malibu Inn by skateboarding around Los Angeles, playing ping pong and breakdancing in da club, where he's joined by crooner Mark Rosas. All of this does little to distract from the fact that "Pop Bottles" feels like a substandard
LMFAO leftover with a shoestring-budget video. Meanwhile, it really feels like this song has been around forever, no? (Technically, "Pop Bottles" was released in early January.) And between this and Redfoo's "I'll Award You With My Body," perhaps these
LMFAO clowns are better off just counting their royalty bucks and hanging tight until the inevitable reunion cash-in four or five years from now. Sorry for party rockin'. Are we off the mark? Is "Pop Bottles" the greatest thing since "Party Rock Anthem"? Let us know below! Sky Blu’s “Pop Bottles” Video Fails To Make Us

LMFAO's Redfoo enters US Open tennis playoffs
...
LMFAO's Redfoo has announced that he will be entering the playoffs for this year's tennis US Open. Yup, one half of the annoying electropop pair has swapped his banging beats for bouncing balls. The 37-year-old singer/producer, who is the son of Motown founder Berry Gordy Jr., will take part in the USTA Northern California Sectional Qualifying Tournament June 18-23. "It's always been a dream of mine to play professional tennis," he said. Redfoo is a long-time fan of the sport, having played as a junior, and is currently dating former World Number One tennis player Victoria Azarenka, who he accompanied to this year's Australian Open, according to Tennis World. Last month, Redfoo admitted he is unsure whether
LMFAO will get back together, claiming that only "time will tell" if they reform. The pair revealed that they were going on a hiatus in September last year, although the band subsequently insisted that they weren't breaking up and their split was only temporary. Speaking to Billboard, however, Redfoo said he was uncertain if he and bandmate Sky Blu would reconvene in the future. "I could easily say, 'Okay, sure, in the future we'll come back together.' But really, the most accurate way I can say that is that time will tell," he said. "It's not about just the music. It's easy to get in the studio and say 'Hey, you put a verse over here and we can just put a label on it and call it
LMFAO.' That's easy - that's what we did the last album." At the time of their split, music fans took to NME's Facebook page to express their delight at the news. Cherry Amber Wiles wrote: "The world is now a better place", while a similarly gleeful Aimee Foote: wrote "this hasn't made my friday...THIS HAS MADE MY LIFE!:')" and William Knox said "Some faith in humanity has been restored...".
LMFAO have released two albums, 2009's 'Party Rock' and 2011's 'Sorry For Party Rocking'.

The album charted at #33 on the Billboard 200 and number two on the US Dance chart, despite being described by the Los Angeles Times as "14 virtually interchangeable odes to night life." The duo's first single, "I'm in Miami Bitch," also known as "I'm In Miami Trick" in the clean version, peaked at #51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
LMFAO's songs have been used extensively on reality shows. A remix of "Bass Kick in Miami" created by DJ/Producer DJ Inphinity was used as the theme song for E!'s Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, while "Get Crazy" was used as the theme for MTV's Jersey Shore.
The duo was featured on MTV's The Real World: Cancun in August 2009. The show covered the band's appearance in Cancun during spring break 2009.
In 2010, LMFAO was featured in David Guetta's song "
Gettin' Over You." The song became an international hit, peaking in the Top 10 in eleven countries, reaching #1 in three, including in the United Kingdom. It also peaked at #31 in America.
The duo's second album
Sorry for Party Rocking was released in 2011. The first single from the album, "

The duo appeared as guests on the first elimination show of the 13th season of Dancing with the Stars on September 20, 2011.
In February 2010, SkyBlu was involved in an altercation with US politician Mitt Romney. The rapper claimed that while on an airplane during the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, Romney attacked him from behind, putting a "vulcan grip" on his neck. SkyBlu was escorted off the aircraft by authorities.
LMFAO designs a clothing line, called Party Rock.

The duo originally went with the name Sexy Dudes (or Sexe Dudes). They told Shave magazine that their grandmother's reaction to the name was the reply, "lmfao," inspiring their new name.
Redfoo grew up living with his mother, but always maintained a relationship with his famous father, visiting him on vacations and living with him for a short time. He met many of the Motown stars in his youth, including Diana Ross, Smokey Robinson and Michael Jackson.
Redfoo started growing his afro in 1995 after hearing a lyric in the song "Ya Lil Crumbsnatchers" by Del the Funky Homosapien that goes, "Let my hair grow like a plant."

The Blind Melon bassist/songwriter tells the story of "No Rain," which he wrote before the band was formed.
Marc Campbell - "88 Lines About 44 Women"
The Nails lead singer Marc Campbell talks about those 44 women he sings about over a stock Casio keyboard track. He's married to one of them now - you might be surprised which.
Al Jourgensen of Ministry
In the name of song explanation, Al talks about scoring heroin for William Burroughs, and that's not even the most shocking story in this one.
